In September 2024, I started working at the Field Museum in their Institutional Advancement department as their Leadership Annual Giving Manager. This role has been a highlight and DREAM of my career! I’m so grateful to work at a large capacity organization that aligns with my personal values and in a role that deeply hones my skills and strengths.
A part of the Individual Giving Team, my position focuses on the creation and management of the quarterly solicitation and stewardship of donors who give gifts of $250-$25,000. I also support the Trustee Annual Fund and Women’s Board Gala, both in creative and project management capacities. I work deeply with folks across the museum from Curators to Lab Managers, from Major Gift Officers to IT Coordinators, to ensure that the Field’s messaging is accurate and innovative. I have created interdepartmental systems that streamline and optimize annual processes, setting our teams up for success throughout the year.
